ServSafe Food Handler -The premier provider of food safety training is proud to offer solutions to meet any food handler training need. Whether you are an employee seeking your Food Handler Card or an operation seeking a compliant solution for your employees, the National Restaurant Association’s ServSafe® Food Handler Program has a product that’s right for you.The ServSafe Food Handler Program is available in formats tailored to your learning environment. The five sections are Basic Food Safety, Personal Hygiene, Cross-contamination and Allergens, Time and Temperature, and Cleaning and Sanitation. A 40-question, non-proctored test with no time limit is included in the print edition. Certification is included with the guide to be signed by instructor upon successful completion of assessment.

STEP 3… FIND INSTRUCTOR/PROCTOR OR CLASS
In most cases, the instructor and proctor are the same person who fulfills different responsibilities when teaching and administering the exam.
If you already have an instructor or proctor, skip this step.
Find a proctor to administer your exam. The exam proctor will need to be physically present to administer an exam.
STEP 4… PURCHASE MATERIALS
Ask your instructor and proctor what materials you need to purchase. In some cases, the instructor will provide materials.

STEP 5… TAKE COURSE
Complete your training.

Upon passing the exam, you will receive your food safety certification from your proctor.
